Make a list.
Some make a list of what needs to be done in order to collect their thoughts, others said to make a list of things your grateful for. Reminding themselves they are working for a goal, and for people and things they love helps refocus your mind
Even if it is just standing at your desk and stretching, walking up and down stairs, or taking a walk around the building. Office yoga is a fantastic idea also!

Pets lower heart rates, and are proven stress busters! Don't have one? Visit the humane society, or local pet store and take a few minutes to make a new friend!
