However, we’d seriously recommend having a quick look through their items as you’ll be sure to find a trove of treasures and second hand items that are absolutely amazing! You’ll find some rare and some forgotten vinyls and LP’s you might not find anywhere else, not to mention they have many old school books too for all the book lovers!

The Greenpoint Gallery. An amazing indie and non-profit art gallery located off of McGuiness Boulevard is a great place to check out if you’re looking for a wide range of Art. The space is dedicated to up and coming artists who are looking for flexibility in showing or performing their art or music and as such, makes for a great place for art lovers to congregate to. The gallery boasts wide space over two floors and has several studios available for artists in residence to use.

The 6.6 acre public park, situated right by the East River shoreline is a true gem in regards to sight seeing and watching over the Manhattan skyline. It’s name originated in 1935 after the public radio WNYC acquired the park and utilized it as a broadcasting station by adding twin antennas to the park. The waterfront park is renown for its quietness and as a great get-away from everything for a quiet afternoon. It’s also renown to photographers as it is a great spot to get unobstructed views of Manhattan.
