Another great market that offers lots of local charm, Mama's Market in Port Vila attracts women from all over Vanuatu who can be seen in bright dresses selling all manner of fresh vegetables and fruits. Generally, open from Monday morning to Saturday (around noon), this colourful market is also an ideal spot to buy other items too like handicrafts and even flowers; foodies will also get a chance to try some distinctive local dishes when here.
