Rajasthan Technical University, established in the year 2006 was established by the government of Rajasthan to enhance the state of technical education in India. The University affiliates 68 engineering Colleges in Rajasthan as of 2019. The admission is through REAP counselling. There are many reasons why RTU affiliated institutes are the right choice for students planning technical education in India. Here is a list of them:
State Government University: *RTU is located in Kota, a city of Rajasthan. It is the degree-granting institute for engineering colleges in Rajasthan. With a good reputation for its courses, a degree from RTU is more valuable than a degree from any private University. The fact that it is a government-run University gives more value to its degree.

Good Grading System: The grading system adopted by RTU is very transparent and widely acceptable by Universities. The marking system is strict, ensuring a greater focus on the complete knowledge of students. The grading system of the University ensures easy conversion to other systems that allow students to apply for any University that follows a different grading system.
Recognised: Rajasthan Technical University (RTU) is widely recognised in India for its excellent education quality and knowledge provided. Students with a degree from RTU can get job easily with MNCs in India. As the degree is well recognised, students can get an advantage over their peers while appearing for job interviews.
Good Curriculum: The University follows a very advanced and practical curriculum to impart technical knowledge and skills to students. Such curriculum ensures that students are trained with skills required by the industries in the 21st century. Students educated under B Tech from RTU get admission to other renowned Universities easily, due to their skills and knowledge.
Focus On Practical Knowledge: Without practical knowledge, technical education is of no use. Students are employable only when they have certain practical knowledge of the knowledge gained. RTU focuses on practical learning for students. This is why the curriculum is designed keeping in mind the requirement and learning of students.
We hope this blog will help you to make the right choice while looking for quality technical education in India. All the best!
