Oregon's Top 2021 QBs

Drew Carter 6-3 185 Tigard

OFFERS: Nevada
True dual threat kid. 3* national recruit, also projecting at the D1 level on the basketball floor. Earned 1st team all league honors at QB. The only underclassmen selected to the All state team at quarterback. Carter currently sits on the D1 bubble with multiple Mid Majors and PAC 12 schools. Expect to hear a lot about him over the off season.

Blake DeBisschop 6-3 175 West Linn

Remember this name. West Linn will be ranked the #1 team in the state heading into 2020. Played behind Ethan Coleman who was a state leader in multiple statistical categories. DeBisschop has D1 genes and could be Oregon's breakout player of the year next season. Has an absolute whip and looked great during the playoffs.

Sam Vidlak 6-1 175 Hidden Valley

COMMITTED: Montana
One of the top dual sport athletes in the West. Great kid. Potentially even a better baseball player. An early commit to Montana for Football. Hit on 74% of his passes, throwing 44 TDs/3 INTs. The obvious question becomes the level of competition playing 4A ball.

Jackson Lowery 6-4 210 West Salem

Lowery had a nice season earning 1st team all league honors, while accounting for 1,902 all purpose yards and 22 TDs/9 INTs. West Salem projects as a top 10 team next season. Look for Jackson to be courted by multiple high end academic institutions (4.0 GPA).

Jack Artman 6-3 180 Clackamas

Not a lot of people know about Artman, playing behind Austin Atkeson the last two seasons. That said as he will project as one of the top QB's in Oregon for the 2021 class. Jack is a talented kid also excelling on the baseball field.

Trey Martin 6-2 215 Oregon City

Martin had a successful Sophomore season starting at Jefferson, before making the transfer to O.C. His performance on the 7v7 circuit during the off season helped put him on the map. Oregon City had a tough year finishing (2-8), with Trey throwing for 16 Tds/9 INTs, and hitting on 61% of his passes for 1,834 yards.

Logan Going 6-3 185 Grant

Going broke out in 2019 earning 1st team all league honors, while helping the Generals to the PIL title. His lanky 6-3 frame and overall athletic ability (3 sport athlete) make a viable recruit at the collegiate level. 4.0 student

Jayce Knapp 6-2 180 Wilsonville

The NWOC Offensive POY. Had a phenomenal season throwing for 2,281 yards and 30 TD's/5 INTs, hitting on 59% of his passes. Impressed with his mobility getting in and out of the pocket. Only problem comes with 5A competition which is lacking.

Ryan Rosumny 6-1 170 La Salle

Rosumny had a nice year earning 1st team all league accolades, while throwing for 2,080 yards and 23 TDs. The lack of competition at the 5A level hurts from a recruitment standpoint,.as the Falcons finished 4-5 on the year. Another kid who is an outstanding student athlete. 4.0 GPA at the private school.
