1.Use the Stairs in Your Dorm to Exercise
Athletes do run the stairs at stadiums but during the winter season, stadiums tend to be icy. So you are left with one option, to run the stairs in your dorm; but you should do this after classes are over. Of course, you are not limited to run the stairs in your dorm, if have other areas you can run, do it.
The good thing about running the stairs in your dorm is that you get cardio since your heart, lungs, and muscles have to work hard, unlike when you run on a flat area.
2.Take Advantage of YouTube Workouts
With this one, you don’t have to walk outside your dorm room. You can work out from the comfort of your bedroom.
