The lake Bueng Kaen Nakhon sits at the heart of Khon Kaen. The 4km long lake is one of the main attractions of the city. It's a lovely space to spend some quality family time. The king cobra village near Khon Kaen is home to some of the deadliest snakes in Thailand. The king cobras have been reared in Ban Khok Sa-Nga for years. The cobra village has been a tourist attraction since the 1950s and the snake shows are considered legendary.
