Listening to Water
For me, there is nothing more calming than water and nothing makes me happier than being by the water. Find something you love the sound of, listen to it - I promise it will take off the edge!

Walk for 15 minutes
A walk for me, is a type of therapy. I walk by myself for 15 minutes, I get to think things through by myself and put things into perspective.

Do Yoga
A activity that people always told me to do, but I was always reluctant to do it. Yoga is so relaxing and so calming, it brings down my nerves and makes me feel calm.

Eat your favourite food
My favourite food is Spaghetti Bolognese, when I eat it, it brings me happiness and takes any anxiety away that I may be feeling.

Hang out with friends
My friends, are my joy givers- they add so much happiness to my life and this diverts my nerves away with the distraction of laughter they provide.
