Okay, BASICALLY, I'm new to Comics and I've been doing my best trying to get into it. I literally had spent hours Just to understand how Marvel time works, the Whole Secret Wars, Characters with different hero names, etc. But now, here I am, looking at good ol Groot Comics, and one of them has an Origin Story on how Groot and Rocket met up, Groot being in a prison and getting bullied by the guards, then meeting Rocket, Rocket standing up for him, etc. BUT ON THE WIKI, it says Groot basically Met Rocket through Starlord on this whole other place. And now I'm thinking "WAIT, WHAT? 2 ORIGIN STORIES? HOW??" Are the Groot comics in another earth universe? Please help :c Thanks!
