School records, such as transcripts, diplomas, and degree certificates, are often used abroad. According to the Dallas - Fort Worth State Department of State, only a school's official signature can have the notarial act.
Our mobile notary service will allow you to make an appointment with both the school official and one of our notary publics to meet. Ideally, you should meet with the school official at the same time, as the school will only release records to a notary public if you authorize them to do so. After the records have been attested with a notary, an apostille or authentication certificate (legalization) can be obtained.
Apostilles are very useful in the verification of documents. Apostille is a certificate stamped or attached to a document. The certification proves that the document is true, legitimate and issued by government authority empowered to issue this particular document.
