My top 5 favorite South Beach snacks

Light Creamy Swiss Wedges | The Laughing Cow

Creamy, cheesy, yummy and goes with just about anything. Turkey pepperoni, veggie sticks, whole-wheat crackers or Triscuits (once in a while). Or sometimes maybe just on its own. What? You know you want to stick your finger in a wedge. We only do that with our own wedges of cheese, though. Right? Right!

Turkey Pepperoni

12 slices for 80 calories, 9 grams of protein. Great with the Laughing Cow.

Celery sticks

OK, I know. If someone had told me a couple months ago that I'd love celery, I'd have sneered at him/her. But when you give up sugar, you really start to taste the sweetness in everything else. I appreciate the crunch and the sweetness of celery now more than ever.

Garlic-stuffed olives

My favorite brand is La Medina, but I can't find them online. I buy them at Home Goods... a weird place to buy food, but hey. You have to go where the goods are. They're mellow and creamy and would probably be delicious in a martini. Oh right... no gin or vodka on this eating plan! Dammit.

No-sugar-added fudge pops

The perfect little end to the day. 40 calories, no sugar and still a chocolate fix. Yum. Thank you Fudgesicle for making these and for not pricing them at $5 a box. They're not even $3 here for 12. Yummy and inexpensive. Love.
