There is another important issue pertaining to sugar MSP. Patil request DFPD to kindly compute all finance costs including depreciation in re-fixing sugar MSP so as to bring it at par with average cost of production.

The world market currently is still trading below the parity (MSP) including the subsidy, smaller crop in Maharashtra and Karnataka may be a tonic for world market from early 2020.
