Do you remember how spirited we were as kids? We used to have so much stamina to run around and still feel charged up at the end of the day. Unfortunately, this is no longer true. As we age, we fail to maintain good health which consequently results in loosing stamina. Your body can certainly take a beating once you get too immersed in your work a day world.
