Description

Bliss component racks and reel carts are designed to conveniently store reels of various sizes. Shelves are adjustable and accommodate movable dividers. Bliss component racks and reel carts are designed to safely store component reels from 7" to 15" and facilitate rapid visual inventory control. The unique contoured shelf design is superior to wire, eliminating sharp metal edges that cause reel and component damage. Bliss carts protect fragile paper and plastic reels from damage, eliminating expensive downtime from feeder malfunction. All widths and diameters of reels can be accommodated on the same shelf. As with all Bliss carts, ESD protection is built in.

Description

The Patent Pending Blue Slotted Brackets bolt on to PCB Vertical Carrier and create additional slots closer together or farther apart to increase the size range of PC boards. Then smaller or larger PC boards can easily fit in the same carrier at the same time.

Description

Bliss Chip Tube Carts are ergonomically designed for optimal chip tube storage and easy positioning. Constructed of steel, the cart incorporates four rows of bin space which can be subdivided on .500 centers. Using available slide-in dividers, the rows can be configured to your specification. The presentation angles of the storage bins can be adjusted for operator comfort and ease of access during manual board stuffing. Gas lift springs assist in raising and lowering the unit.
