The Mini Bacon Bombs came from a spontaneous idea in the supermarket. Since I laughed a pack of Nuremberg Rostbratwürstchen. Bacon, cheese, minced meat, some Magic Dust and a BBQ sauce for glazing - that's all you need for this Mini Bacon Bombs.

Mini Bacon Bombs sind schmackhafte Hackfleisch-Eggs: Nürnberger Rostbratwürstchen und Käse im Hackfleischmantel und Baconnetz.

All ingredients for the Mini Bacon Bombs:

  • 1kg mixed minced meat
  • 1 package Nürnberger Rostbratwürstchen
  • 150 grams Bacon
  • Emmentaler in one piece
  • Magic Dust
  • BBQ-Sauce

First, season the minced meat with Magic Dust. On 1kg of minced meat, I give about 3-4 tablespoons Magic Dust. Here you can quietly spice generously because minced meat "swallows" quite a bit of the spice. Then the minced meat must be well kneaded. I knead the minced meat for several minutes to make it smoother and the Mini Bacon Bombs will not fall apart later.
