The place offers a split ambience with a gastropub theme on the upper floor terrace where one is treated to trams on Johnston Road while the old-fashioned cocktail bar is for those of you hankering for some rest and relaxation. Ideal for tourists on the scout for stylish settings to enjoy a night at, this bar fits right into the trendy nightlife scene of SoHo.
Carnegie is a popular local hangout that gets quite crowded after office hours. Located on Lockhart Road the place is loved for its happy hour from 6 pm to 7 pm. The pub grub here is excellent and goes well with daily drink specials. The bar is ideal for indulging in some friendly banter while the stereo plays classics from the '70s and '80s. The place draws a mix of locals and homesick westerners who love the laid back atmosphere and very western outlook of the place. Carnegie is open from 6 pm to 1 am
