Abundance offers for investment green projects, mainly renewable energy projects in the UK, that contribute to a better world.
The project loan terms range from 2 years to 20 years and the returns are between 4% and 12% per year.
The platform launched in 2012 and is regulated by FCA. It accepts investors from the UK and EEA (European Economic Area).

Assetz Capital is a UK p2p lending platform that offers investments in business and property loans. Every loan is secured by property, equipment or debentures.
The minimum investment on the platform is 0.01 GBP and the average returns for its investors range between 4% and 15%.

Brickowner is a real estate crowdfunding platform from the UK that lets you invest in property development projects and gain profit after the sale of the property.
The minimum investment in each project is 100 GBP and the advertised annual return ranges from 7% to 25%.
The platform is relatively new (2018) so it doesn't have yet an established track record.

Debitum Network is a decentralized p2p lending marketplace from Latvia, that started offering business loans to worldwide companies in September 2018.
The minimum investment in each loan is 10 EUR, although you're asked for a minimum deposit of 50 EUR.
The loan terms range from 1 week to 3 years.

Envestio is a crowd investing platform based in Estonia. It offers investing opportunities from a wide range of industry sectors. The investments offered have a yearly interest rate between 12% and 22%.
The platform is only opened to EU investors and the minimum investment in any project is 1 EUR.

EstateGuru

EstateGuru is a peer to peer lending/real estate investment platform that offers short-term property-backed loans from Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania and Spain.
The minimum investment on each project is 50 EUR.
All projects offered are backed by real estate properties and since it launched in 2013, the average returns for its investors are at around 12%.

Grupeer is a peer to peer lending platform from Latvia that offers business loans and real estate development loans. The loans have an average return rate of 14% and all of them have a buyback guaranteed policy.
The minimum investment in each loan is 10 EUR.
Lately, they had all sorts of cashback offers from different loan originators, so it's a good time to be on Grupeer.

Housers is a real estate crowdlending platform from Spain. You can invest in development loans, buy to sell properties or buy to rent properties and gain income from rent.

The properties offered on the website are from Spain, Portugal and Italy.
The minimum investment in each project is 50 EUR.
One thing I don't like about Housers is that they tax your interest income based on the project's home country (from 19% to 28%).

Investly is an invoice finance platform from Estonia. You can invest in invoices from SMEs (small and medium enterprises) in the UK and Estonia. The interest rates for the invoices range between 8% and 15%.
The average returns for its investors are between 8% and 10%. The minimum investment in each loan is 10 EUR.

Kuetzal is a new crowdlending platform from Estonia offering the possibility to invest in business loans in the Baltics with good interest rates.
The minimum investment in each project is 100 EUR and the interest rates range from 10% to 21%.
Most of the projects offered on the platform come with a buyback guarantee.

Monethera is a small p2p business lender from Estonia, offering business loans up to 22% interest rate.

While the platform is new and untried, it’s worth a look due to the high interest rates offered and the fact that all loans come with a buyback guarantee.
The minimum investment in each loan is 1 EUR, and the interest rates are up to 22%.

TFG Crowd

TFG Crowd

TFG Crowd is one of the newest p2p lending marketplaces from Europe. Registered in Estonia, it has offices in Tallinn, Riga, London and Berlin.

The project domains include real estate, restaurants, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, logistics.

The minimum investment is 100 EUR and all projects come with a buyback guarantee.
The loan interest rates range from 10% to 20%.

  • It’s 1961 in a US cosmetics factory. A bored worker adds as a jest a mysterious “Factor X” on the label of a well-known moisturizer. The sales of the said moisturizer explode rapidly. Everyone is impressed by the effects of the cream and how good it is.

    At some point somebody notices the mistake on the label and fixes it, removing the non-existent “Factor X”. Customers start complaining and ask the company to add back the “Factor X” ingredient because the previous moisturizer containing the “Factor X” was better.

    Nah. I don’t know if that’s true or not. Maybe I made up this story.

    I’m a 34 years old regular guy. Because I read a lot and sometimes wear glasses I’m considered a nerd. So I have the “Nerd Factor”.

    I play with computers at work and in my free time I play with computers a bit more. I’m also interested in investments, traditional or not.
