Under this scheme, the most expensive flat is located in Vasant Kunj Block F where a 3 BHK flat costs about Rs 1.7 crore. The cheapest flat is in Narela where 29.77 sq meters flat comes at a price of Rs 10.42 Lac. In order to apply for these flats, you need to pay a refundable deposit of Rs 25000 for EWS flats, Rs 1 Lac for LIG flats and Rs 2 Lac for MIG and HIG flats.
