This market is located in two places; one is close to the Thailand Cultural Centre MRT and the other near the Secon Square shopping mall. The former is the closest to the city centre and only 26 minutes from Anantara Sathorn Bangkok Hotel, which is convenient for guests seeking the best things to do in Bangkok Thailand. The name Rod Fai or Train Market is carried forth from the original market which was located close to the railway tracks on the border of Bangkok. The colourful market is unique, displaying candy coloured marquees under which trade takes place and one of the best experiences there is to sit on a second story bar and enjoy a beer to the colourful sights – that is once your done shopping.
