Beautiful locations make for a amazing experiences and awesome Instagram pictures! Here are some lovely places, some obvious and others not so where you can have a great time and get some stunning pics for the gram!
Copenhagen has so much to offer. Nyhavn boasts beautiful bright colours making great for pics, and there’s loads of amazing places to eat and drink nearby. Tivoli Gardens is the second oldest amusement park in the word and looks so magical by night!
When people think of Italy they generally think of Venice, Rome or perhaps Milan. However, Positano is a coastal village with breath-taking scenery. The winding streets, colourful houses and the infamous Mt Vesuvius and Pompeii provide a beautiful backdrop for a stunning picture. Positano is best viewed from the sea so if you are going, I’d really recommend a boat tour along the coast for those ultimate views and breath-taking snaps. If you are wanting to leave the island, the Grotta Azzura is a sea cave which when the sun shines on it, crystal blue and silver reflections give the whole space a heavenly feel. There will be no filter needed for these pictures!
Almost unheard of but this central American location is a great go to for those looking for a little adventure and breath-taking green views. For adrenaline junkies, there are zip-ling and rafting activities. For Instagram loving hikers, Boquete offers volcanoes, rain forests and waterfalls and so much more. There are also some amazing places for accommodation in Boquete which will have you immersed in the local culture and amazing scenery.
Just scrolling on my feed, you can easily see why it appears to be the go-to destination for those Instagram goals. It is a super romantic place to go with your other half, with hotel rooms that have pools as balconies – it doesn’t get more dreamier than this!
With its crystal-clear waters and cute towns, it’s picture perfect. I have been seeing this one destination all over Instagram where you can swim out from your room to the balcony and it is just so romantic! Trying to actually find out the name of the place and it’s proving harder that I thought! Similarly, to Boquete, the island boasts a volcano called Kolumbo, however in this instance it’s underwater!
New Zealand is known for its natural beauty and Queenstown does not disappoint. It has amazing mountainous landscapes as well as a bustling town. If you are a foodie, Queenstown’s most famous burger the ‘Fergburger’ is every insta-lovers dream — not only does it taste good, these huge burgers look mouth-wateringly delicious in pictures! If you visit, be sure to take a trip to the luges for hours of fun and amazing views.
These are only a few sunny destinations that would be perfect to relax in and take wonderful photos too. Of course, a staycation could be on the cards if we have another sizzling summer like this year!
