Best indoor playgrounds in Kuala Lumpur – Places that your kids will instantly fall in love with

With all the heat and the humidity in Kuala Lumpur, your kids will welcome the shade of the indoor playgrounds. If you are looking for the best playground to take your kids to, keep reading!

1

Star Light Kidz

Is your kid dreaming of becoming an astronaut one day? Well, if that's the case, you shouldn't miss out on this one! The fluorescent colours and dimmed lighting make the perfect setting for future astronauts. With everything galactic – especially the shoot out the court and the rockets – this nice indoor playground will give you and your kids the best spent time at any playground!

2

The Kingdom, Sunway Putra Mall

This playground is a relatively new addition though it's been there for quite some time. If you walk into The Parenthood themed shopping arcade, you will find the play area that resembles a castle that your kids will instantly take a liking to. With so many amazing attractions such as a climbing wall, a trampoline, and more, when it's time to get back to your Bangsar hotel, it's not going to be easy to take them away from the play area. Moreover, if you need a break from all that running around, you can always make your way over to PS4 Game Zones.

The Adventure Maze, The Explorer Gym 1MK

For kids over three years old, The Adventure Maze offers a fascinating play maze. The experience is quite different from the bright colours you usually see at playgrounds – the reason for that is, it is made of natural material. The park will certainly give your kids a lovely experience and will add more value to your family vacation.

Kids E World at The Gardens Mall

This is said to be one of the expensive indoor playgrounds in Kuala Lumpur as it is located inside The Gardens Mall – a luxury shopping mall that caters to the affluent. However, after sorting out your accommodation at a hotel like Alila Bangsar Kuala Lumpur – if your budget stretches to it, you should definitely take your kids to this colourful, sparkly playground for a wonderful evening.

5

Megakidz

The huge tubular slide is what steals everyone's attention though it's only suited for older kids. However, for smaller kids, there's a separate play area that's quite small as well as a cinema room. The playground is open from 10 am to 9 pm – so you can easily squeeze this into your schedule.

6

Dreamworld Playlands

The blue and white playground that reminds you of the winter season is located at Petaling Jaya, Selangor. Though there isn't any sand playing area, the slides, climbing frames, bridges and tubes will make up for it. Also, don't forget to bring an extra pair of socks, you are going to need it!

7

District 21

The post-apocalyptic themed indoor playground is the ideal spot for you if you are looking to spend some quality time with your kids - there's no age limit as long as you have a height of 90cm. Among most loved features of the park are trampolines, aerial obstacles, slides and climbing walls. You can either take the Active Pass to actively engage in activities or the Non-Active pass if you just want entry.
