Everyone has their own special ways to celebrate this auspicious day. Some people give cards made by them, flowers or gifts to their mothers while some prefer to take their mothers for some special treat, movie or shopping in order to spend the whole day with them.
Whatever it be the way, the sole aim of this day is to say thanks to the mothers for everything they have done & are still doing for their children and families while making them feel very-very special.
Let’s celebrate this great day with pomp & splendor. Honor the most wonderful & respectable person in the world- MOM & all that she does for us every day.

Celebrated on the 2nd Sunday in the month of May. In 2019, this very special day for mothers is going to be observed on 12th May 2019 in most of countries. In Arab countries, it is celebrated on 21st March, while in East European countries, it is observed on March 8. In (UK) United Kingdom & Ireland, it is celebrated on the fourth Sunday of May.
This day is celebrated to honor motherhood while acknowledging the efforts made by them and their role in the upliftment of their families.

The sole founder of Mothers’ day, Anna Jarvis suggested the idea of celebrating this great day in the honor of all the mothers in the world & motherhood in 1907.
She is on the duty for rest 364 days of the year. So, why not a single day can be hers?
So when that special Sunday rolls around, give her the due respect of which she is the proprietor. Celebrate her daily self-less acts, always giving heart & her superhuman feats that never cease to amaze you.

A special day in the honor of mothers which is celebrated for motherhood, maternal bonds. It is celebrated every year to show love & affection towards the person who gave you birth.
On this day, people used to honor their mothers who have a great contribution in their lives & whom they exist in the world.
In some countries like India, Japan, China, Philippines, New Zealand and many others.

MOTHER- the most appealing human in the world has lot of positive effect on the lives of her children. She plays multiple roles in household as well as in the society.
Everything whether it is a great happening, person, occasion, religious event or other, has a special day in the Hindu calendar. So, why not a day can be celebrated for mothers.
There are many great female personalities in the world who have shown their importance to the world not only being mothers to their children but also to the whole mankind. One such example is of Mother Teresa.
