They basically do the heavy lifting that supports your body while running, jogging, jumping, etc. Even though your feet are built with a strong anatomy they are very gentle. If one joint, ligament, or muscle is sore or achy, you will notice the difference in the way you move. We might tend to be a little too hard on our feet as well. 9 out of 10 women wear shoes that are too small for their feet. Our feet take a tremendous toll and the least we can do is treat them when we can. They do so much for us that we should look to return the favor.
