Be amazed at the architectural wonders of Grand Palace

Nestled between Chao Phraya River and Khao San road is the Grand Palace which used to be the royal residence for many years. Quite fair to say this is the most attractive of all due to its history and architecture. The many halls, the gardens, ancient statues and stupas fascinate people of all ages.

Take your kids to KidZania

This is a replica of a city where your kids can experience many adult-type activities. Among the things you can see are a hospital, an airport, a bank and a theatre. You kids can have fun bottling coca-colas, fighting fires and rolling sushi. In this mini world, both parents and kids can have an enormous amount of fun.

Floating markets

This is a signature feature in Thailand. There is a bunch of floating markets that cruise up and down the river offering souvenirs and things to the visitors. Floating markets are a major part of Thai culture and a great way to explore the day to day life in Thailand. This is how most Thai people make a living, so going there and buying even the smallest thing would make a big difference to someone.

Cicada night market

Located near AVANI Hua Hin Resort & Villas – which is a Hua Hin family resort – is Cicada night market. A must visit for you and your kids, This is where you can buy more quality goods compared to other markets. There are artworks, live music, many food choices in an open-air atmosphere. If you wish to buy stuff, you need to buy the vouchers first and then use them to buy things. If there are vouchers you haven't used, they will be refunded.

Visit the zoo

This is more a wildlife sanctuary than a zoo. There are over 8,000 forms of animals that occupy the land space of 2,000 acres. This is a fun and feel-closer-to-nature type of activity which you and your kids both can enjoy. In addition to seeing animals, you can also feed them, go on a night safari and enjoy demonstrations showcasing endangered species including wild cats and otters. Your kids are going to savour this experience, and you will be no exception!

Theme Parks

There are loads and loads of theme parks in Thailand. All of them are designed with the purpose of attracting tourists. Among many theme parks you get to enjoy are Sukhumvit's Dinosaur World, Pattaya's Cartoon Network, Disney-esque Dreamworld and Amazone Water Park. After going round to floating markets, night markets, zoos and not to mention the palace, you will be craving for a bit of change in the tide, and that's where theme parks come in. Your kids doubtless will love the experience while you also can make your own fun.
