Rabies is a virus that may affect the brain and spinal cord of all mammals, including dogs, cats and humans. Though preventable, there is good reason that the word “rabies” evokes fear in people.

Canine infectious tracheobronchitis, generically referred to as kennel cough, is a highly contagious and common condition affecting puppies and adult dogs. The disease causes an inflammation of the dog's larynx, trachea, and bronchi--tubes leading to the lungs.

Dogs share a lot of the same eye diseases as we do, especially once our eyes reach a certain age a canine cataracts can occur and produce a chance to blind your dog.
