"Our staff is working hard to keep our clubs safe for you. Wondering how we are keeping things safe?
Each member receives a personal bottle for cleaning upon arrival. Hand sanitizer and paper towels are available throughout the facility. Equipment is spaced for social distancing. For Group Fitness, spaces are marked for members.

To assist with social distancing in the change rooms, limited lockers are available. Lockers are first come first serve. If one is unavailable, please keep your belongings with you. Doors are locked once members are inside for their booked workout. If you see someone outside, please do not let them in, even if you know them. Let a staff member know, and we can take care of it. Between each booking slot, we have a 15-minute intermission where staff members spray to disinfect all surfaces.

Masks Mandatory Except During Physical Activity : COVID-19 Precautions at Shapes Fitness Centre

Today our provincial government announced the Winnipeg area will be moving to the Restricted Orange Caution Level effective Monday, September 28, 2020.

What does this mean for coming to Shapes?
We have been operating with social distancing and limiting capacity since our reopening, nothing will change in this area. This is why we have continued booking workout slots; we will not have to turn people away.

We do have to follow the provincial requirements regarding wearing a mask. Masks will be required except during physical activity. This means, when you come to the club, walk around, move to and from classes or machines, members will be required to wear a mask. While active, the mask can be removed. As always, we are committed to giving our members a safe fitness club.
