Seminyak is one the best places in the world to visit if you're a foodie as it has several world-class restaurants and new ones that keep popping up all over the city each week.

Barbacoa Bali

Located in Jalan Petitenget in Kerobokan, Barbacoa Bali has become one of the best restaurants in Bali over the last couple of years that attract lots of foodies from all over the world. Made from recycled wood, sandstone walls and mosaic tiled floors and having a high ceiling; Barbacoa specializes in serving food made using a BBQ cooking style influenced by Latin American that uses wood fire and charcoal. The chefs at this restaurant are very passionate about their food and use the best products to cook their food using a combination of old and new cooking methods.

Mamasan Bali

Situated in an industrial high ceiling warehouse, Mamasan Bali has an architectural style reminiscent of Shanghai during its British colonial era in the 1920s. Having plush tan leather chesterfield sofas, marble top mah-jong tables, vintage clocks, old style photos and a Chinese patterned mirror this restaurant can accommodate up to 70 people per serving. The restaurant opens for lunch from 12 PM to 3 PM and for dinner from 6 PM to 11 PM. While making a reservation for lunch is recommended it is a must for dinner as it tends to get busy because of the flocks of people who come here to enjoy the delicious food and the unique atmosphere.

Sardine

Overlooking a rice paddy field and made using bamboo, Sardine is a stunning restaurant that specialises in fish delicacies with Sardines being its speciality as implied in its name. The lounge area of this restaurant overlooks the rice paddy field which makes up more than half the restaurant and a pond that has is home to a school of white koi carp; a rare type of fish found in Indonesia. The restaurant uses vegetables grown in their own garden to cook the local food seafood dishes it serves and is popular amongst tourist visiting Indonesia from all parts of the world.

Saigon Street is the epicentre of Bali's booming entertainment and dining industry that serves a wide variety of Vietnamese inspired dishes with an exciting twist. The menu at this restaurant is curated by award-winning executive chef Geoff Lindsay, offers light and health shared dishes such as rice paper rolls, Steamed baos, Green rice prawns, dumplings, a wide variety novelty cocktails and a comprehensive selection of wines. While most of the menu caters to meat dishes, vegetarians and vegans will be delighted to find that this restaurant offers a few options that cater to their requirements.
