In the mood for fancy French cuisine? Check out Odette, a fine dining restaurant located down Saint Andrew's Road inside the National Gallery Singapore. The brainchild of chef Julian Royer, the restaurant features a glass-walled kitchen and tasteful interior décor which is centred around muted colour palettes and chic artwork.
The French sauces served at Odette are really on point in terms of richness and flavour. There isn't a traditional menu you can choose from, however, as the food is served in courses. Select between 4, 6, and 8-course meals. If you want to enjoy a classy night out, Odette is certainly a top contender among Singapore's fine dining restaurants.
The restaurant is sadly closed on Sundays and public holidays and is only open for dinner on Mondays. However, from Tuesday through to Saturday, the restaurant is open for both lunch and dinner. Odette's dinner shifts start at 07:00 pm and lunch shifts commence at 12:00 pm.
