This is the most important part of your plan. You will need to coordinate with your business partners or superiors to come up with the appropriate budget. The budget will determine the type of venue you can choose, the size of the event and of course, what you will be providing your guest. Be sure to include the venue cost, the staff cost, meals, refreshments, signage, printed materials, audio-visual equipment and giveaways into the budget so that you don't miss anything essential. If your conference requires marketing, the budget should also include the costs for marketing as well. Don't forget to include at least 10% extra as a safety cushion should your expenses exceed your budget.
