Analysis of stress on waste heat recovery units structures

WHRUs are an important component for recovery of waste heat and hence their analysis becomes important. Take a look at list of links that focuses on it.

A variety of heat exchangers are used in industry and in their products. A plate and frame heat
exchanger is analyzed here for structural stability (stress optimization) using finite element method.

  • A plate heat exchanger is a type of heat exchanger that uses metal plates to transfer heat between two fluids. This has a major advantage over a conventional heat exchanger in that the fluids are exposed to a much larger surface area because the fluids spread out over the plates.
Analysis of structures for energy recovery heat exchanger

With an expert team of structural engineers, we helped a large EPC conglomerate with the structural analysis of waste heat recovery units and its associated components.
