One of the easiest ways to transform your home is a change of colour scheme. This doesn't always have to mean slathering the walls in paint and getting new carpets. Cushions are a great way to change a colour scheme on a budget. If you want to go one step further why not switch it up with a new rug or throw too.
Houseplants are the perfect way to fill your home with life and vibrancy. The fab thing about houseplants is you can choose ones which suit you. If you're on a budget try something smaller such as cacti or a succulent . Perhaps you want a low-maintenance plant like a Spider Plant (don't be put off by the name!). Have a little look around, you're bound to find something you love.
Lighting doesn't always have to be boring. Fairy lights are a versatile way to make your home cosy, well-lit and unique . Not only this, they are a great way to get creative and can be used in so many ways. If you have a blank area try making a fairy light curtain wall or re-creating one of the D.I.Ys in the video above. There are so many fun options with fairy lights.
