These apps will allow you to build and practice skills for managing stress and anxiety anytime, anywhere. Most are based on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) concepts. They are all either free or have substantial free content. Most are available on both the App Store and Google Play.

InnerHour app

InnerHour offers an only counselling service, but they also have an app that includes self-help tools for stress, anxiety, depression, and sleep problems.
