Middle Eastern cuisine is popular worldwide for its taste and nutritional goodness. You can attain so many benefits consuming middle eastern food. Hummus

The hummus is a must try and you are bound to have a taste of it as it accompanies many middle eastern dishes. The spread made of chickpeas is slathered across pita bread, burgers, baked potatoes and so much more. It appears as a side dish or a dip as well.
