The Republic of Vanuatu is an archipelago of islands found in the South Pacific Ocean. Poulet fish

The Poulet fish is a popular dish in the country and one bite of it will remind you of chicken. The French settlers of Vanuatu named this fish the 'poulet' which means chicken. It may look uninspiring from the outside, what with the restaurant looking like an orange block of concrete. The food, however, is a different story. Here, you will find one of the best steaks which is both delicious and affordable. The beef is tender and ample served with a bowl of sauce that is truly heavenly making the steak just exquisite. These sauces are usually made out of capsicum, fruits, pepper and tomato giving it a chutney-like vibe. Don't be put off by that, chutney-like or not, the sauce is something everyone raves about!
