during my career as a human resources consultant, i have come to the conclusion that the most important principle for the organization, being productive, organized and modern, is to have a right concept about the definition of human resources (HRM).
regarding to my observation so far, still there is so many managers who need to have the proper concept of human resources. So, i wrote an article about it, which is short and brief and in the meanwhile it's rich.
