Sulubun Beach

The beach is a paradise for all surfers. The winds and waves are just perfect and if you're a surfer you will fall in love with Sulubun Beach. The real catch of the beach is the Sulubun cave. It is a dark and mysterious cave that looks like a set from an Indiana Jones movie.

Atuh Beach

This is different from other beaches in Bali. There are corals peeking out of the azure waters and the large cliff overlooking the beach is astonishing. This is a must-visit beach and you'll definitely regret not taking enough photos of this amazing beach.

Melasti Beach

This is certainly not your typical beach because no typical beach has a waterfall in it. This is a secret beach and there are barely any travellers here. It is quite popular among photographers and a lot of wedding shoots are done here.

Virgin Sands- Nyang Nyang beach

If you're up for some adventure and exploring is your thing, Nyang Nyang beach is perfect for you. The beach is surrounded by a cliff making it hard for travellers to find it. This beach is very quiet and perfect if solitude is what you're looking for. There is a dirt track near the Uluwatu temple with a sign that says 'Nyang Nyang beach'. You have to climb 500 steps to finally get to the beach. Once you get there you will realize that the beach is worth the little hike.

Gunung Payung Beach

The beach is Nusa Dua, which is an hour away from the city of Denpasar. The beach is very popular for its panoramic view. You can not only sightsee but meditate, do some yoga or even snorkel here. You can learn about the culture of the locals in the area by striking up a conversation with a seaweed farmer coming to the beach in the morning.

Jimbaran Panorama Point

This beach is in South Kuta. You will have to walk on a dirt track for some 15 minutes before you find the beach. There is a cliff on the beach and if you're in the mood for some adventure, try cliff jumping. The cliff is ideal to watch the sunset with your friends or to spend a romantic night with your partner.

Bias Tugal Beach

You have to walk 500m to get to this beach. This is not very hard to find and not as isolated as Nyang Nyang beach. You can snorkel, dive and even explore the corals once you get here. There are many hideouts on the beach if you want to be alone.

Green Bowl Beach

Green Bowl Beach is located in southern Bali. There are green algae covered rocks which appear at low tides, hence giving the beach its name. It is a secluded beach which is an ideal place to visit while on your honeymoon. There are caves near the beach and there are a million bats making the cave their home. You can visit the caves in daylight to see the bats sleep. There aren't many hotels near Green Bowl Beach, but you can find 5-star hotels such as Alila Seminyak, an hour's drive away from the beach.

Balangan Beach

This is a hidden beach in Seminyak. This is a world-class surfing spot and you will surfers from all parts of the world. Balangan is only 20 kilometres away from the infamous Dreamland beach. Any Seminyak beach hotel will have shuttle services that take you to the Balangan beach.

This is certainly one of the most beautiful coasts of Bali. There are large rocks on the beach and the view of the beach from these rocks is breath-taking. This is an isolated beach, so it is quiet and tranquil.
