This is a comprehensive list of car parts mechanics need to know about. Basically, there's a ton of crap a technician has to learn in order to become an ASE certified mechanic and I'm going to be compiling a list of auto parts so that I can start to learn all of them. Basically just pulling information from a wide variety of internet sources and compiling a list just for me. Anybody is welcome to take advantage of it though. Not opposed to sharing this information by any means.
