Phuket is an exciting destination for all ages, and it's not all centred on the beach. For times when your kids want something other than chilling on the shore or swimming in the ocean, there are plenty of activities lined up. Aimed at the very young and teenagers, listed below are some of the best.

1

Visit the Phuket Trickeye Museum

Spend a day of fun and laughter enjoying yourself at the Trickeye Museum. A museum of interactive 3D paintings the place gives you and the family a chance to goof off, pose and have some laughs. There are over 100 paintings and sculpted scenes which promise to place you in rather humorous and awkward positions, which create the perfect photo opportunity as well. The museum is open from 9 am to 9 pm and is perfect to spend a day at when you are not enjoying the beach or relaxing at your Phuket luxury resort.

2

The garden is shaped like a maze while the third attraction there is 'The Chamber of Secrets @ Baan Teelanka, which is a section of the house with two rooms from which you have to escape with the help of clues. Open from 10 am to 6 pm, the place is just 40 minutes from centrally placed resorts like Anantara Mai Khao Phuket Villas, and is quite a thrill for the entire family.

3

Check Out Surf House Phuket

At Surf House you are treated to the perfect wave no matter what the weather condition is outside. The place is a thrill for both kids and adults, where the grownups can chill at the bar or restaurant while children practise their surfing skills; mind you surfing is not reserved for minors and anyone young at heart can give it a go. Located on the south end of Kata Beach, flowriding for kids is done under the supervision of expert instructors.

4
