Using Influitive’s AdvocateHub and gamification techniques, Ektron built a community aimed at empowering Ektron’s best customers to engage in all aspects of the company's 2012 Synergy customer conference. One example was a Challenge to Ektron advocates to help build an interstitial playlist on Spotify that would be played during breaks. More examples can be found in the case study.
