An SAP initiative in Asia Pacific Japan, Back-to-Work aims to support professional women who are looking to re-enter the workforce after a career break. The program offers project-based assignments that complement their skills and experience, as well as practical assistance to women who are keen to be a part of SAP.

GM Plans to Expand its Take 2 Program - All Together

GM has completed four re-entry programs and has started the fifth this year. There are 10 women currently in the Take 2 program.
