Organisational DNA: Redefining & Changing Culture (Asia Pacific) - NeuroLeadership Institute

Culture is the DNA of an organisation: the “how-we-do-things” building blocks that, for better or worse, get endlessly replicated as a company grows.

  • People, their stories and their dreams fascinate me.
    My interest and specialty has always been about maximising the potential of people at work and home.
    Which really means I help people to be their best.
    Why? So that the flow on effect of their contribution is bountiful.

    As a Career & Leadership Consultant I work with individuals and teams to discover their value proposition and purpose, reinvent their work and thrive. Some people are re-launching their career after a break, pivoting in a new direction, moving up within their field or just trying to get better at their job. I apply my craft through consulting (providing advice), coaching (facilitating growth), training (online and live learning), speaking (inspiring others through storytelling) and curating and writing content to help you on your way. My own career path (or series of twists and turns) has led me through a world of full time / part time / stay at home / employee, contractor, business owner, expat and busy mother. My earlier career in healthcare (Occupational Therapist) and Human Resources (20 years in consulting and training) provides the perfect foundation for working with people and organisations to achieve their best.
