Are you feeling blah about sex? It's not that you hate it, it's only that if it wasn't something
expected of you by your better half or necessary to make babies, you 'd probably pass?

Maybe you discover this a bit odd. With all the sexual messages in music, motion pictures, television and the web, you would believe you would be more interested. Do not worry, you are not alone.

Inning accordance with a current clinical research study performed by a Dr. Laumann of the University of Chicago, 33.4% of American women between the age of 18 to 59 suffer from a low sex drive! Thats 1 from 3 adult females. According to a research study provided in the Janus Report on Sexual Habits by husband and wife team, Sam Janus, Ph.D and Cynthia Janus, M.D; 56 percent of women surveyed felt they were not thinking about sex as much as they might be. Of these females, 1 from 4 informed researchers their libido was 100% listed below what they wished it

In the Janus Report, not just are these women experiencing low sex drives, they are not enjoying sex. They are not experiencing orgasms and though they may feel some level of intimacy to their partner, they are still discovering themselves more indifferent, disappointed or perhaps upset about sex. For some, this frustration has contributed to numerous separate, as they keep trying to find the ideal person who will make them feel something they have actually been missing out on.

Psychologists associate this distaste with sex to a combination of emotional and physical reasons. When it comes to sex, the physical and the emotional are intertwined. For example, you might have issues reaching orgasm since subconsciously you feel guilty due to the fact that you were taught sex is unclean. This is an emotional cause with a physical outcome. Not having orgasms make you feel disappointed or cheated. Thus you connect more negative emotions to sex and are less most likely to have orgasms in the future. So, you are locked in a cycle of sexual negativeness.

As a result of not wanting sex, many women experience embarassment. You get the message from popular culture that everyone is out there wanting and delighting in sex. Feeling ashamed and embarrassed, you start to think something is incorrect with you.

How Did You Get In This Scenario
There are lots of factors behind this issue. The most typical is inexperience. Its a misconception that sex is best when you're young. Quite the reverse holds true as sex is a found out behavior, like motherhood. Impulse gets you to the bedroom however practice teaches you how to give and get pleasure.

Despite our society's constant fixation with sex, very little real life "ways to" information is out there. Everybody is just expected to instantly understand exactly what they're doing.
