Leg strength is important in boxing for punching power and movement around the ring. Rarely, if ever, do boxers stand still. They’re constantly on the go, attacking and defending.
Bear in mind, targets are not set to be hit in one goal but to be worked on over time, don’t beat yourself about not completing
Boxing is a fun activity for kids and adults. Sparring is physically exhausting but very entertaining and good for health as well.
