We need heroes to look up to in order to become heroes ourselves. If you’re a student at a Utah college and part of a Personal Fitness Trainer Program, here are a few famous trainers to inspire you to reach your goal of changing lives.

Creator of the intense DVD workout P90X, Horton trained celebrities Sheryl Crow, Demi Moore and Pink. He has traveled overseas inspiring soldiers, sailors and airmen on how to face the rigors of their jobs, and also joined First Lady, Michelle Obama in her “Let’s Move Campaign.”

Ingber’s signature yoga-and-spin hybrid workout called Yogalosophy helped tone the bodies of Jennifer Aniston and Jennifer Lawrence. Ingber started out as a yoga instructor in Los Angeles, motivating scores of students to love their bodies. A Personal Fitness program at a Utah college can help you inspire people too.
