February 2017, the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) announced the launch of a residential site on Toh Tuk Road under the Confirmed List of the first half of the 2017 Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme. Plans for the plot of land include the upcoming Toh Tuck Road condo by developer, S P Setia, whose track history will be discussed more thoroughly below. The luxury condo development is expected to yield a count of 325 units for prospective residents.
