The best websites , books, and resources (that I've found) to help you learn how to play guitar! Learning an instrument like guitar isn't always easy, but luckily there are a lot of places to find help, if you know where to look!

Taylor Robinson Music Lessons

Taylor Robinson Music is a really cool website where you can get matched up with a music teacher in your area. The also offer webcam lessons and all sorts of instruments, like guitar, voice, piano, and more. It's not exactly cheap, but sometimes teaching yourself gets way too hard and you need an expert's help.

ULTIMATE GUITAR TABS

Ultimate Guitar is the best source for chords, guitar tabs, bass tabs, and more. Name a song, they'll have the tabs and chords! You can even write and submit your own tabs or chords, once you're able to figure out songs by ear.

Justin Guitar has awesome free lessons and tutorials that make it easy to learn guitar. Comprehensive, informative, and easy to understand, Justin's lessons are great tools for beginners who are trying to teach themselves.

The Guitarist's Chord Book - Over 900 Guitar Chords

This was my first chord book, and I found it really helped me get started! It lays out all of the different ways to play any given chord. This book also has photos and a chart showing the notes all along the fretboard.
