In order to mitigate these, it is advisable to take a break now and then, deliberately disconnect from the digital deadlines we face. It may seem like you’re giving up career opportunities when you go away for 2 weeks, but weigh that against feeling healthier in 10 years than your colleagues… which one will you go for?

It goes without saying that society today can be stressful to navigate. It’s not enough to be productive however; you also need to be efficient in order to gain the maximum benefit out of any action for yourself. For instance, you may be able to finish your daily quota of work in the allocated 8 hours, but if you are more efficient you can complete work allocated for tomorrow as well and so on until on the last day of the week, you can leave work early with all your responsibilities fulfilled.
