The number of exquisite views that Phuket offers are a painter's dream come true. Here are some of the best views that Phuket beckons visitors to enjoy.

1

Black Rock Viewpoint in Phuket

Once you've settled well into the first of your Phuket luxury resorts, gear up and visit Black Rock Viewpoint to start your holiday with a challenging journey to view a spectacle. Visitors take to a dirt road off the main coastal road to reach the steep trail that leads to the viewpoint. Black Rock derives its name from the black granite rock that covers much of the surface. Once you get to the top albeit with much difficulty, the view of Nai Harn beach, as well as Ao Sane, will enthral you. The area is tranquil and if you go there in time for sunrise or sunset, you'll be rewarded with a play of vibrant clouds bathed in sunshine.

2

Karon Viewpoint in Phuket

Unlike the relatively new discovery of the Black Rock viewpoint, Karon viewpoint is one of the most visited places in Phuket. The view from up above captures Kata Yai, Kata Noi as well as Karon beaches. Karon view point offers many photo opportunities to both amateurs and professionals. Take in the awe-inspiring vista dotted with glimpses of the turquoise vastness of the sea, sandy beaches and the green glory of the hilly areas of Phuket.

3

Monkey Hill in Phuket Town

Monkey Hill (Toh Sae) set in Phuket town is famous not only for the views it affords but also for the macaques that frolic around in the area. From your resort such as the Anantara Layan Phuket Resort in the beautiful Thalang district, you can reach Monkey Hill in about 45 minutes by Taxi. Remember to have a power meal before you set off to tackle the steep climb to the summit. The views on the way up to the summit are just as beautiful as the view from the top. The platform that was built in 2015 provides a stunning view of the city of Phuket from up above.

4

Panwa Viewpoint (Khao Khad Views Tower)

If you want to catch a 360° view of Phuket, try the Panwa viewpoint. You will have to climb up the length of stairs to get to the viewpoint but once you make it there the glimpses of Southern Phuket that you can enjoy will make up for the tough climb. The view from the south will direct your gaze towards the Chalong Bay while the view from North will offer you a substantive glimpse of the Phuket town.

5

Radar Hill Viewpoint

This is the highest viewpoint in Phuket and it looks over the eastern part of the island. You can reach Radar Hill through a series of rubber plantations and villages. As you make your way up, pause a while to take in the views along the route and you will see the Chalong Bay as well as the Bang Wad reservoir in Phuket. Once you reach the top you will be rewarded with a miniature spectacle of Patong flanked by the Andaman Sea that seems flow into the unknown.
