4 Things to do in Hua Hin - Unravel in Pure Excitement!

Hua Hin has seen a lot of buzz in tourism over the last few years, from luxury to even the more budget-friendly, let's look at the top things to do in Hua Hin.

1

Animal Park

This was initially set up as a government-funded research centre for deer and thus includes an expansive area with large deer enclosures and plenty of birds that roam this wondrous area. You'll also find the area filled with a variety of monkeys such as gibbons, macaques, and langurs. Some of them caged while the others roam free. There is a canal system that separates a couple of the islands where the gibbons inhabit. Animal Park is open between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm and can be located at the top end of Damnernkasem Road. If you're looking for accommodation in Hua Hin, you'll find many places on offer such as AVANI Hua Hin Resort & Villas for instance.

Baan Silapin

Baan Silapin, translated to Artists' Home is the ingenious idea of Thawee Kaesangarm, the chairman of Hua Hin's artist club. This beautiful gallery complex brings together exhibits from a myriad of Thailand's artists all year round as well as offering a number of art courses for children as well as adults who want to improve their skills. Baan Silapin is set in a serene picturesque spot overlooking the Hin Lek Fai Mountain. This complex is made up of an art gallery, classrooms, art studios and a mud house that displays various ceramic art and sculptures. The place is neither rigid nor formal in its atmosphere. Baan Silapin's founding philosophy is to exist as a gathering and workplace for many of its local artists and that transpires into the locations warmth and liveliness. Baan Silapin is open between 10 am and 5 pm and is located down Hin Lek Fai Road.
