Even something as simple as wet, sweaty socks can make you think twice about opening your gym bag ever again. At the end of each day, clean out your gym bag. Take your sneakers out of the bag to air out, clean out any clothes or food items, and remove any unnecessary items from your bag. It’s best to start clean and new each day.
